Project introduction: This project is the aging and high temperature of the main motors (DC) of the three extruders of Shanhua Carpet No. 1 unit, which cannot meet the production needs. Because of the motor cost, maintenance cost, versatility and other issues, I want to combine the DC motor and the DC drive Replaced with AC motors and inverters. According to the comprehensive factors such as motor size, torque, power supply and installation space, our technical staff developed LEROY-SOMER CPLS132M0609B1FAR Std B35 AC motor + Emerson MEV2000 37KW for customers with minimal changes to the mechanical and electrical parts. The heavy-duty inverter solution has been approved by customers and completed the installation and coordination technical test acceptance.
